Returns
In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at SimplyTrendyGifts@gmail.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
For domestic and international buyers, to return your product, please mail to: P O Box 115 Aspley Queensland 4034, Australia using a trackable postage service. You will be responsible for any loss of items returned without a trackable service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any customs duty, taxes or fees are the buyer's responsibility.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may or may not be refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email notifying you.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
